I am still using Alex's old phone... They didn't call me about my iphone being in today, but I went down to get the tracking # on it so I could track it. Aaron was looking to see if any had come in and he asked a lady that was leaving if they had any, that it showed they did.. she looked a little uncomfortable and said, "I don't have one...."... I said "Well how many do you have?" AND she said 20... 20 iphones and they said I couldn't have one... I was a little upset because last night they told me if I PAID for it last night IF ANY IPHONES CAME INTO THE STORE, I WOULD GET IT FIRST... Aaron felt really bad that they were saying I couldn't have one... BUT what really made me sad was that another young man told me not to come back in that they would call me... I was so upset about the whole thing.. I am going back in to talk to the manager tomorrow and tell him I don't appreciate being told not to come back in and that I was promised that if any came in that I was to get it... I am really thinking about going to Verizon.. but I don't know how good they are in our area...I really miss my iphone.
I don't mind (well I do a little) having to wait because I choose to give Alex mine iphone, I don't like being told one thing and they don't follow through with it. AND being told they would call me and not to come back.. I wasn't being ugly... |

Sandy I don't blame you. If they said you could have one then you should have gotten one. I do hope the manager will be able to get this all handled for you. sorry you are without your Iphone.
Sorry that happened... sometimes customer service is just really bad.
