I am still fighting with Comcast about our internet speed. This is what we are getting.. What really makes me upset is that that they don't care that we aren't happy with their service...they don't care if I go back to At&t...

Sandy, unfortunately, once any of them get your business it seems they just treat you any kind of way!!! I think it's shameful that they aren't as attentive once they get you as a customer as they are TRYING to get you!
I'm so sorry you have to go through all these problems. Hope someone takes notice soon and gives you some satisfaction! You just don't deserve this frustration!
